MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

When is the Library Open? Monday thru Friday from 8am to 3pm.

When can I come to the library? You may come to the library anytime during the day as long as you have a pass from your teacher. There will be special lunch time passes placed in the cafeteria for you to visit after you have eaten.

Is there a time I can come to the library without at pass? Yes, Before school begins and a short time after school. If you are fast you may stop by quickly between classes as long as you are not late. (Note: No Passes will be given to students who are late for class!)

How many books can I checkout? You may checkout 2 books for 3 weeks. Books may be renewed, but must be presented to the librarians for renewal.

Are there any fines for late books? Yes, After the 3 weeks you will accumulate a ten cent fine for every school day the book is overdue. (Holidays and Weekends are not counted against you)  All fine money goes to purchasing new book for your library.

Can I check out a magazine? Yes, every month when the new magazines come in, the old ones are placed in containers for you to take. Please return them to the appropriate containers when you are finished. Magazines do not need to be signed out or checkout out at the Circulation desk. Just take them and bring them back.
